As a two-time Inc. 500 business owner, Andy Goldstrom brings a wealth of experience and practical business know-how to the Antonini and Cohen Immigration Law Group. Before joining Antonini and Cohen, Andy ran a boutique consulting firm, helping business leaders find the right approach to scaling their businesses and avoiding costly mistakes.
Now, as Antonini and Cohen’s Chief Operations Officer, Andy builds and implements the systems and infrastructure that allow the firm to grow and serve more clients. He oversees the day-to-day human resources, finances, operations and sales functions—keeping the firm healthy and allowing the attorneys to focus entirely on legal matters.
Outside of work, Andy acts as a certified parent coach, providing parents support and guidance to help them build and maintain successful relationships with their children. He also volunteers with the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, an organization helping turn houses into homes for families and individuals in need. He is a member of Temple Beth Tikvah in Roswell. Andy also serves his community by being a member of Lasagna Love, an organization where he bakes lasagna once per month for a family in need.
Andy is also an aspiring amateur comedian, occasionally popping up at Atlanta’s local comedy clubs.
