About the Role

This role provides a variety of administrative support to case managers, attorneys, and firm management. This role offers opportunities for advancement while working alongside industry professionals at a nationally renowned law firm.

Requirements

Position hours:

  • Full-time.

  • Monday – Friday.

  • 8-hour shift.


Job Duties:

  • File, scan, and retrieve client documents and files.

  • Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail.

  • Translations and Interpreting.

  • Provide administrative support to case managers and attorneys related to client cases (e.g., copying, scanning, shipping, tabbing, returning calls, collecting fingerprinting, calendaring, printing, filing documents in court or with other government agencies, drafting letters).

  • Provide administrative support for the office (e.g., running errands, organizing our space, obtaining supplies, planning, setting up and closing up for office events, preparing closed files for scanning).

  • Set up new physical and electronic files.

  • Help close physical and electronic files.

  • Help serve as backup for a receptionist for breaks and out-of-office coverage.

  • Assistance with marketing efforts as needed.

  • Assistance with special projects and reports as needed.

  • Other administrative duties or case preparation assistance as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, detailed and process-oriented.

  • Full professional-level fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Proficient written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office Suites and Outlook experience.

  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.

  • Works well under pressure, is patient and calm, and understands the importance of accuracy and timeliness.

  • Professional and courteous; positive attitude; punctual.

  • Self-starter; quick learner.

  • Tech-savvy.

  • Must have reliable transportation.


Education: High School Diploma.


Experience: Customer service and office experience preferred.
