USCIS conducted the initial random selection for FY 2024 H-1B cap in March 2023. Congrats to those with selected registrations from April 1 to June 30, 2023 – you're eligible to file H-1B cap-subject petitions! The selection rate was much lower this year than in the past, roughly 16%, because multiple people were filing for the same individuals.
